Combination vehicle with a Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR), actual gross weight or registered weight of over 26,000 pounds, inclusive of a towed unit(s) with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), actual gross weight or registered weight of over 10,000 pounds.
Heavy straight vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), actual gross weight or registered weight of over 26,000 pounds.
Small vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), actual gross weight or registered weight of 26,000 pounds or less that either: • is designed to carry 16 or more persons including the driver • is of any size and is used in the transportation of hazardous materials as defined by 49 CFR 383.5.
